Burry Port 32 Llanelli Warriors 24 (match 74)

Adrian Payne celebrates the Blacks win. Having started for the Warriors Adrian went off injured but as Burry Port established a lead he managed a superb recovery and took the field for the opposition and played his part in their eventual victory.

Roger classic pose from New Dock match, Roger made sure this programme was given pride of place behind the bar where it did indeed reside for several months

A difficult season for the Warriors found more problems at Burry Port although they went well enough in parts and could have won the game. Meredith Pugh certainly did all he could with 2 tries a conversion and the Man of the Match award. The match was partly arranged to celebrate the rtirment of Burry Port legend Oz - but he didn't turn up.
