New Dock Stars 25 Llanelli Warriors 17 (match 73)

The match was abandoned late in the 2nd half with Dock ahead but not clear. The match ended after prop John (brother of Phil John) suffered a late push from Gwilym who was frustrated at having been side stepped twice. Unfortunatley he went over his ankle and was ambulanced to hospital where it was confirmed he had broke his leg.
The exact score isn't known but the Warriors had scored 17 points and its beleived Dock were more than a score ahead: 25 - 17 if a fair guess. Dai Spriggs captained the side against his other club in the rare absence of John Horwood and the Warriors borrowed a couple of players to ensure plenty of numbers.
