Another visit to Burry Port for the Warriors but again they were defeated. The RNLI put out a strong team although the final scoreline probaly flattered them somewhat. New coach Wayne James played scrum half and helped put some much needed structure into the Warriors performance.
It was the 1st time the team had played in their own kit; courtsey of Llanelli RFC who donated an 'away' set of their 'Celtic Warrior' kit. A match report also appeared in the Llanelli Star. (see right)
